3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quote Requests

All quotes provided through our website or other communication channels are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions discovered during service.

3.2 Pricing Transparency

We strive to maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees. However, additional charges may apply for:

  • Services beyond the original scope of work
  • Extensive damage requiring additional materials or labor
  • Emergency or rush services
  • Services requiring specialized equipment or materials

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

4.1 Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and required services
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Remove or secure valuable items before service
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions on the property
  • Provide utilities (water, electricity) necessary for service completion
  • Inform us of any pets or security systems on the property

6. Our Guarantee

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6.2 Limitations

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed before service
  • Damage caused by client or third parties after service completion
  • Normal wear and tear after service
  • Issues beyond the scope of the agreed services

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martensite Lease Services Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
